Well yes, I am currently in London on work. It has been about 2 weeks...and I am guessing another one week in this place. So far, I have quite enjoyed my stay here, even though I am missing my wife very badly. London is a classy place. Weather is just amazing here. Slightly chilly, but pleasant. Just one Sweater will do. Clean roads. Traffic still on the left hand side. Nice historic looking buildings. People speak english. Lot of vegetarian food options. Cosmopolitan crowd. I see so many Indians all around. About the bad stuff.....everything is freaking expensive. For a feeler, I am staying in a freaking small room and I am paying about 135 pounds per night. And with an exchange rate at double of USD, I really wonder if I can visit this place on my personal expense.
One highlight about my trip so far has been Food. My colleague and myself have tried all kinds of food in the last 2 weeks.....Italian, Indian, Greek, Turkish, Lebanese, Morrocan and More. With the quantity of intake and the kind of exercise I am having here, I am sure I would have added some 3-4 kgs. I definitely got to hit the gym or start jogging once i go back to India.
And yea, I have not really had got to explore the tourist attractions of London yet. Hoping to do that this week, before I pack my bags and leave for home.
